COMMUNICATION
GEBAB's personnel are available outside normal working hours to perform emergency services when there is a risk to health, environment and safety. GEBAB's personnel are available 24 hours a day and all personnel have access to email regardless of the hour.
The internal and external communication is unique to the trade since all employees can be accessed by e-mail, telephone and SMS any time of day. Personnel who are not on site (due to illness, holidays, etc.) are automatically connected on to persons who are standing in for them in the meantime.
Reporting can be done in real time because the photos, reports, etc. can be sent from any employee's computer or telephone - anytime and from anywhere. All such communication and information ensures that we are on servers in real-time. If our customers wish to do so, they can communicate with us directly via telephone or video call, either individually with the on-site fitter or in a group of in the event of emergency cases. They can also communicate via email in order to inform or be informed.
